Taylor Washington is Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs at Fulwell Entertainment, a global entertainment company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and London (formerly The SpringHill Company, founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter). In her role, she leads business and legal affairs support across the company's television, film, digital content, live events, and brand consultancy businesses.

Taylor has served as lead/supporting counsel on a variety of high-profile projects, including Earle Meets World (Netflix), Life in the W (ESPN), Starting 5 (Netflix), Churchy (BET+), 106 & Sports (BET), A Motown Christmas (NBC/Peacock), One Shot with Ed Sheeran (Netflix), and FIFA World Cup 2026 After Hours with James Corden (FOX), as well as campaigns and initiatives for clients including Google and Epic Games.

Prior to Fulwell, Taylor was an associate in the Entertainment Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, where she represented talent, production companies, and content creators on film and television projects for leading studios and platforms, including The Color Purple (Warner Bros.), And Just Like That (HBO Max), Insecure(HBO), Rap Sh!t(HBO Max), and Reasonable Doubt (Hulu). She also held a Business & Legal Affairs role at NBCUniversal, supporting CNBC's primetime unscripted programming.

A proud Texan and Double Bison, Taylor earned both her B.A. and J.D. from Howard University. She currently resides in New York City and is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and creating opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders.
