Prietta Booker-Neugebauer is the Founding Attorney of Neugebauer Law, where she advises artists, record labels, producers, managers, and entertainment and technology companies on music transactions, intellectual property, licensing, and business affairs. Prior to founding her firm, she served as Senior Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Atlantic Music Group, advising labels, publishers, studios, and distribution companies on complex music and entertainment matters. She is also a board member of American University Washington College of Law’s Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property and has spoken on issues involving music, technology, intellectual property, and the law.
