Robyne N. Gordon is a Business and Legal Affairs executive with more than 20 years of experience shaping strategy and structuring complex transactions across film, television, music, and technology. As Head of Business Affairs at Tyler Perry Studios, she leads enterprise business strategy, supports emerging technology initiatives, and advances the studio’s key priorities.

A trusted partner to senior leadership and creative teams, Robyne structures and negotiates complex development, acquisition, and production agreements. She is also the studio’s spearheads the Tyler Perry Studios Dream Collective, an immersive filmmaker-development initiative created to identify, cultivate, and elevate emerging creatives, with an emphasis on historically underrepresented and underrecognized voices.

Previously, Robyne held senior legal and business affairs roles at TIDAL (Block, Inc.), SiriusXM Pandora, and Warner Bros. Discovery. Her work supported global product launches, artist initiatives, marketing campaigns, experiential events, and content licensing. She began her career at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, developing expertise in intellectual property and complex litigation.

An Atlanta native and graduate of Florida A&M University, Robyne is committed to expanding access to education, empowering young people, and creating pathways for the next generation of changemakers.
