Rob Gibbs is a Partner, Co Head of UTA Atlanta and Head of Music Atlanta. Rob Gibbs represents talent including multi-platinum artist, producer and music executive J. Cole as well as R&B superstars Summer Walker, PartyNextDoor, and hip hop heavyweights Ludacris, JID and many more.. Throughout his career Gibbs has also worked with some of music’s biggest names, including Drake, Chris Brown and Cardi B.

 

A 20+ year veteran in the agency business, Rob Gibbs has built his career on representing artists that truly believe in artist development, team collaboration and not skipping steps as reflected in the artists he represents. He is a big believer in mentorship in co-representing several clients with younger agents over his career to grow and educate. Prior to joining UTA Rob Gibbs was promoted to Head of Music at ICM, a move that made him the first African American executive elevated to Music Department Head at any major agency in the history of the business. 

 

Gibbs served for many years on the board of A Place Called Home, a nonprofit serving South Central Los Angeles which provides children and teens with educational programs, counseling and mentorship.  He now volunteers with a local Boys & Girls Club in Atlanta.
