Panelist
Kenneth Anand, Esq.
Director of Client Relations, Jayaram Law
Kenneth Anand is a cultural strategist and veteran attorney who has spent over two decades at the intersection of law, brand, and creative culture.

Kenneth previously served as General Counsel and Head of Business Development at Yeezy, working alongside Kanye West during one of the most influential runs in sneaker and fashion history. He also served as an expert witness in the landmark Vans v. MSCHF "Wavy Baby" case — one of the most closely watched moments in sneaker IP in recent memory.

He is the co-founder and co-author of Sneaker Law, widely considered the sneaker industry's bible. Taught at Harvard Law, the University of Miami, and Parsons, Sneaker Law is the rare book that lives equally on university syllabi and retail shelves at sneaker boutiques worldwide.

Today, Kenneth is Director of Client Relations at Jayaram Law, where he advises some of the world's most influential creatives and cultural brands on intellectual property litigation, licensing, and complex dealmaking. He also co-founded the Creative Legal Alliance, a pro-bono accelerator providing high-level legal and business support to established artists and designers who might not otherwise have access.

Kenneth is a lifelong sneakerhead, hip-hop head, and the kind of person who can talk through a brand collaboration deal and a sneaker colorway with equal conviction. He lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, Safia, and two teenage sons, Alex and Deven.
