Keita Young is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years in community impact, public policy, law, and inclusion. She is known for building first-of-their-kind functions that change culture while supporting and advancing business objectives. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Advocacy and Public Policy at FanDuel, where she previously launched and led FanDuel's Inclusion and Community Impact functions.

Previously, Keita worked at JPMorgan Chase as Executive Director, Assistant General Counsel, and Global Head of Outside Counsel Engagement. She began her legal career at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, where she practiced employment defense law. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.

Keita holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA from Spelman College.
