Erica Grace Martin is Senior Vice President of Legal, Commercial Transactions at Roc Nation, where she advises on complex commercial transactions across entertainment, technology, live events, brand partnerships, digital media, and strategic initiatives. She serves as a key legal advisor on major live productions and events, including Super Bowl-related programming and JAY-Z 30, a series of large scale events and performances across the U.S. and internationally.

With extensive experience in intellectual property, technology transactions, and entertainment law, Erica counsels business teams on deal structuring, production, touring, vendor relationships, risk management, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Erica is also an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she teaches Commercial Technology Transactions. She is a graduate of Morgan State University and the University of Baltimore School of Law.
