Dave Pilson is the VP of Total Rewards for DraftKings where his team is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, employee benefits, and equity.  Total rewards is a passion for Dave since he is a firm believer of pay equality and is now in a position to influence compensation decisions to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices.  Prior to DraftKings, he was the VP of Total Rewards for Upwork where he led compensation, human resource information systems, and people operations.  He also worked at eBay in various roles for 7 years, including being a member of the Legal team that spun-off PayPal into a publicly traded company in 2015.
